I feel like Shawn's arrows might be too strong now, but I'll await more feedback. I was told Shawn works fine on Small Hut, but since I don't use him anymore I can't speak on that. Ironic how I was hesitant to use him pre-0.6 because I thought he was a tricky character, but he wasn't until 0.6.
I don't want to weaken everything, but there was so much that needed to be addressed. The one thing I don't like about anime like Dragon Ball Z is how power always scales up, making previous allies useless. Such was going to be the case in this. I had to do something to stop the likes of Taylor and Eason from dominating.
Raye is getting plenty of pressure options now that his Lightning works properly, so I'd like feedback on him before tuning the rest of the Big Three. I had to buff him since he was considered the weakest of the trio.

-Renamed to Project Z
-Increase Lucas's overall mobility slightly raised (for real)
-Raye run speed increased from 20 to 21
-Lightning pushback decreased
-Lightning starts closer to Raye from Grab, Run Attack/Combo, and Jump Attack (prevents sending towards Raye from up close)
-Shawn's 2nd Jump Arrow position lowered
-Shawn Arrow pushback increased 1 point
-Shawn recovers and shoots one frame faster after first shot
-Normal Arrow breaking power raised to 120 from 100
-Arrow Rain breaking power raised to 80 from 50
-Sword Eason Jump Attack velocity retweaked
-Leo's Uppercut Wave starts further out
-Eason HP reduced to 425
-Dragon Uppercut distance reduced (Also reduces range of wave)
-First hitbox of Jenny Attack 3 removed; startup reduced
-Jenny Attacks 2+3 recovery sped up
