I feel like Shawn's arrows might be too strong now, but I'll await more feedback. I was told Shawn works fine on Small Hut, but since I don't use him anymore I can't speak on that. Ironic how I was hesitant to use him pre-0.6 because I thought he was a tricky character, but he wasn't until 0.6.
I don't want to weaken everything, but there was so much that needed to be addressed. The one thing I don't like about anime like Dragon Ball Z is how power always scales up, making previous allies useless. Such was going to be the case in this. I had to do something to stop the likes of Taylor and Eason from dominating.
Raye is getting plenty of pressure options now that his Lightning works properly, so I'd like feedback on him before tuning the rest of the Big Three. I had to buff him since he was considered the weakest of the trio.

-Raye run speed increased from 20 to 21

I must say that the MP recovering speed is too low。THAT is not fit for versus。

I never really had a problem with it as it was. I did notice in HFE that a fair number of moves cost lower MP though. All I did was remove MAX MP from the equation. Normally everybody recovers 0 to 100% in ~15 seconds regardless of their MAX MP. If someone has 400 max, they will recover ~40 MP in 1.5 seconds. If they have 700 MP, they recover ~70 MP in 1.5 seconds. That is not fair at all! With my change it looks like those with more have slower MP, but it is constant now. Please make sure you play on Normalize. I can only assume you think it's low because you may be playing with levels on. Normalize will be forced for VS mode soon.
I hate the level system. HP and MP are far more than what is stated. It was mostly meant for story to make stages challenging yet it made past stages too easy. Leveling up characters gave a reason to play more but it became a chore at higher levels without cheating. Marti also used the system to make strong characters even stronger. The most I'll do is add some traits from the level system such as Taylor's low health, Jenny's high MP, and Jason's low MP. If I can figure out how to replace strength with the attack variable found in characters, then I can finer tune how hard they hit without needing to borrow attacks from others. Maybe the same can be done for MP regeneration. There are four unused variables.

First off, thank you so much for translating this. I'm going to try to use more consistent wording to make it easier for you. As I write down changes I just want to get them noted so it's sloppy. I edited some words to help you out. Popup for vy, pushback for vx. Hitbox is the area an attack hits. Jenny's Attacks refer to her A combo, and the number refers which attack it is. Attack 3 is AAA. We call the pillar or column swordsmen create waves. I can't explain why.

Here is what I mean by "Lightning starts closer to Raye". Left is HFZ3.1, right is HF0.7. I really hope you all try him out as I feel he is much better than before. "Lightning from first two attacks" means he can do G>A from A and AA.
